Birdie Bag Posted 08-13-05 Submitted by steven maerz roadkill_4512@yahoo.com Review: After my discs and my towel, this is the most important piece of equipment I take with me to tournaments. I live and play in the mid-atlantic region. Our weather is very humid. The humidity leads to sweaty hands and tacky discs. This tackiness has been the culprit of many grip lock and lateletgo releases. The sawdust filled birdie bag is very effective in removing moisture from your hands. I generally use it just prior to every tournament putt. Posted: 11-03-04 Submitted by ferretdance03 brad@p3clothing.com I was ordering a few back copies of DGWN and decided to add a birdie bag to the order, as I had been interested in trying one simply for the sake of trying it. It does what it's supposed to do. It dries your hands. It also smells like wood chips (it is made of kiln dried wood) so that is kind of nice… One definite plus over dirt, it doesn't make your hands dirty. But for those of you that don't want to spend $3.50, you won't be missing much, except the sweet woodchip smell. J I like my Birdie Bag, but dirt works exactly the same.
