Player Reviews Posted 12-19-07 Submitted by Ken McKinney krmspam@comcast.net PDGA: 33906 Location: Hixson, TN Level: Beginner Avg Drive: 250 Disc Weights: 133 Review: Got a couple of ultra-lights on a whim and the Diablo DT was one of them. I like this disc! I am just a beginner so a lot of times I am throwing into the rough. On my home course, the "rough" is dense underbrush and thickets. From the rough, it is impossible to do any type of X step or run-up so it is all arm. This little disc flies quite well from an arm only throw. Not the best disc to throw into a head wind naturally, but a nice little disc to have in your bag. My main distance driver was the Raging Inferno DT, but then the Diablo DT came out, and man this new disc soars across the fairway! When new the disc is slightly stable, but once it gets moderately beat in (mine was run over by a car) it will go, go, go, go, go, go, go and keep on going, and goes on some more. Screw Energizer, this keeps going and going! I know I'm saying that alot, but once you try this disc out you will see your drives increase 100+ ft. Very understable. It has golf ball ripples under the edge for more glide but it doesn't help the glide sucks. I would pass on this disc. The rim is about the same as the Beast but doesn't fly like the beast. Save your money on this Submit Your Review Back to Main Page |
