Player Reviews Posted 07-27-07 Submitted by Justin Tate MrJustinTate@hotmail.com Location: Arlington, Texas Level: Amateur Avg Drive: 325 Disc Weights: 175 Review: What a terrific disc. This disc is what got me involved in disc golf and my dx roc that has since passed away. To the review... This disc is extremely predictable, I can flick it on aproaches and long putts or I can backhand it if I'd like. I use it for a faster speed putter but switch to my classic aviar or soft magnet on shorter putts. I love the way this disc holds angles..... GO BUY ONE Posted 04-17-07 Submitted by Tim Mirabal PDGA: 29891 Location: TULSA Level: Amateur Avg Drive: 450 Disc Weights: 175 Review: the classic is a great disc for long approarches and windy putting. I use a classic roc for all of my hyzer approaches. I just aced a 256' ft hole with a classic roc 3 days ago i love this disc. I primarily use it for approach shots up to 250 feet. Champion plastic is the most durable. I have never thrown a Roc so I cannot compare similarities. This was the first disc I threw and when I threw it about the fifth time, I sank a shot from 75 feet and now I am addicted to disc golf. It is great for anything midrange- straight, hyzer, and anhyzer shots. If I had to play with one disc, this would be it. Submit Your Review Back to Main Page |
