Atlanta courses (Courses off of I-85 coming from Raleigh)

I'm driving down to Atlanta on Sunday for work and need some suggestions for Atlanta courses and courses off of I-85. I'm coming from Raleigh, but I'm mostly interested in courses in GA.

I'll be staying 5mins from Willis and about 10mins from East Roswell, so I know I'll be checking those out. I'd also like to check out Redan and Central. Any other must plays?
