mesquite grove DGC in chandler, AZ - does it exist?

i was in AZ last weekend and tried to find this nine holer: http://www.pdga.com/course-details?id=2915

the directions said:
"This Val Vista/Riggs park site borders the Basha High School soccer fields to the north. 1st tee right by the parking lot."

I was there and wandered all around. asked folks at the high school. no one seem to know anything. There is also a library that shares the same parking lot and the folks there said the park was being built so it probably didn't exist yet. i found the soccer fields but found no course. and certainly no tee anywhere near taht parking lot.

there is a swimming pool behind the library/ school that also had a parking lot, so i wandered around there too, but found nothing. does this course exist?

all i can say then is: course contact needs help describing where it is.
cuz it ain't anywhere near the two parking lots for that school.
and for another piece of conflicting info, the pdga site says it is 9 holes, while that review says 18.
