Durham, NC - Recommend a Course

Unfortunately, the main purpose of the trip is visiting schools, so I'll only have a couple of hours free otherwise I'd definitely be down for a some Charlotte courses.

Henry handles all discs/merch for team members and ambassadors and he's in Cancun till the end of the week. If you don't get it this week I would probably blame it on his anniversary.

Based on criteria: Valley Springs, UNC, Leigh Farms in that order. Anderson is a fun little course in Carrboro if you can swing it, the wife would probably enjoy it.

So I am in Raleigh next week to visit family and friends. Not too much time for disc golf unfortunately. But I will have a chance to play two or three courses.
My parents live by the RDU so Cedar Hill is within being dropped off or poaching a car for the morning. I really would love to play UNC but I hear it could be crowded (weekdays too?). I also want to get over to Buckhorn and or Zebulon. If only two I was shooting for Cedar Hills and Buckhorn.
Maybe I will run into somebody I know fron DGR.
Only bringing a Soft Voodoo, Glow Wizard, 166 Star Leo, 171 Star TL, 175 11x EX and a Beat 175 Pro Destroyer, got to go light. Where is a good place to shop for plastic, I want to be blown away. I heard the PIAS in the area rock.

Cedar and Buckhorn are good courses but UNC is better than cedar hills and shouldn't be crowded during the week. However, parking will be troublesome if you play there during the week so make sure to not to park by the actual hole one and park by hole eight (its what all the locals do). I don't know about the PIAS in Durham but the one on Falls of Neuse rd. near cedar hills is pretty well stocked as well as Alpine Ski Center on Glenwood ave (almost as good as PIAS but has vibram).

the PIAS in durham is either super well stocked or horrible.

also yeah, go play UNC instead of cedar, it will be less busy and is better. you might also look into leigh farms which is pretty close to the airport. If you go Leigh Farms, just make sure you get a course map or a local to show you around.
