From what I can find, the closest one is 20 miles away in coos bay or 25 in north bend.

No, 3 in coosbay. One of which is a huge tone course in the dunes that you would need a local a a guide.

Is the one with the poles permanent in Coos? I've never heard of it.

Man, I think I might come to Bandon for my next vacation. That area looks amazing!, and if there is a course only 20 miles away then sweet.

It is not a temporary course. I have not had the pleasure of playing it but was talking with Tyler Christiansen a local pro who recently moved up here from coos bay a day before fritz initially posted when I see him again I will get more info on the course.
