Courses in the Houston area

Anyone coming to Houston,TX anytime soon, we have a great mix of courses. There are about 20 courses here in the area. My favorites are on the north side. Bear Branch in The Woodlands , TX is my favorite. Also , the one in Conroe,TX is one of the prettiest courses I have ever seen. Also, you must try Terramont Park. Its only 9 holes, but it plays up and down a giant hill. It will give you a work out.

I live pretty close to both of those courses, I prefer Terramont myself, probably because I've played Bear Branch a ton. I find McDade a great course and I'm glad I'm pretty close to it. Spring Valley is also nearby with a tight woods course w/seperate longer holes as well. My favorite in Houston would have to be Oak Meadow. It has a good variety involving some challenging holes and I would recommend checking that course out as well if in Houston.
