Nov.09 will produce at least 1 new course in Pflugerville. Should end up being a 36 hole 2 course complex that will be routinely mowed. 8)

I'll be in Austin visiting my buddy all of labor day weekend. Plans are to try to hit up something that monday, the 7th.
Not sure what I'm gonna check out, but I'll figure it out before it comes

How does this plan seem? Fly into San Antonio, play Pease near the airport, drive to Circle C and then onto E Metro park.
Can this be done all in one day (on a Thursday in Oct)? Sunset is about 6:50p then.

When you say San Antonio, do you mean Austin? San Antonio is about an hour south of Austin, and that Airport isn't near Pease. (If there is some small Airport named San Antonio, then nevermind)

If you are flying into Bergstrom, I would suggest playing Circle C, then Pease, Then Manor. Pease and Circle C are about the same distance from the Airport, and the drive from Pease to Manor is better than the drive from Circle C to Manor. I think this may be possible, if you get into Austin by 10ish, though it is definitely going to be a long day. Circle C and Manor are both very demanding courses that take a lot out of you.

ah, that makes sense. I have no idea about the feasibility of that though, I've never played McClain. I would imagine it can be done, but there is lots of driving (about an hour b/t each course).

I'll be back in Austin Oct 9th-11th. Gonna try to at least play one course. The guy Im bringing doesn't play DG, so I'll prolly leave early sat or sun to play a solo round or something. Unless him and my friend that lives in Austin wants to tag along with me since it's basically just a guys weekend.
I needa pm Ted Damson to see if he'll be working that weekend, go pay him a visit :)
