nah, they don't hang over...but I have seen near aces turn into circle 3s by hitting the trees and rolling into the water.

Man, I really think I'm going to try to make it to the Rumble this year. I haven't gotten a chance to play Middle, and I have dreams about West Lake (normally going Tin Cup on 5 and throwing my entire bag into the lake).

For those who haven't played West Lake in Davenport, it's worth any amount of time you'd be willing to drive there. While the River City Rumble won't be as big as Bowling Green, the courses are far superior.

 Innova Sponsored Putting Contest - Phil Moore Park
 Vendor Sponsored Doubles and other Events
Lovers Lane – SunKing
Preston Miller – Disc Golf Unlimited
Kereiakes – Mace Man
White – Poor Boys Discs
Phil Moore – Innova, Discraft, Phenix Discs
 Mandatory Player’s Meeting – Phil Moore Park 7pm
 Late Player’s Check-In – Phil Moore Park 8pm-9:30pm
 Player’s Party – Motor City Bar and Grill 9-11pm

Saturday, March 29, 2008

 First Round – 9am tee off.
 Second Round – 1pm (approximate)
 Player’s Party/Fly Mart 6pm-10pm JC Pavilion –Eight Vendors on site with along with representatives from the PDGA, Innova and Discraft. Wild Hog BBQ, Budweiser products, the Ernie Small Blues Band and the Innova putting finals. Scores and pool changes will be on-sight by 8pm.

 Third Round – 8am tee off.
 Fourth Round – 12pm (approximate)
 Final Nine – 3pm Phil Moore Park
 Awards and Prize Payout– 4:30pm

The players meeting will be held at Phil Moore Park in the gymnasium after sign up/registration which is from 3:00pm-6:30pm so there will be NO Saturday morning meeting. There will also be a late 8-9pm registration for those coming in late.

do you think I'm a bagger for playing INT?
I play advanced around here but looking at the registration there are an S-load of 950+ rated dudes in ADV.

So... being as how I don't even have a PDGA rating yet, I played INT.

Kinda wish I didn't now because INT and below plays different courses which are probably wack. Can I switch my reg?

I'm playing Advanced because of the player pack and the great courses. My player rating would allow me to play INT, but I know I wouldnt be in the top 10 their either, so I figured play Adv and have a good time on some amazing courses

So I decided to give the tournament a shot. When I try the PDGA registration, it says $999.99 for the Intermediate and Recreational divisions. Does this mean they filled the last 25 slots today, or is the website just asking wonky?

Edit: Disregard. Apparently it says I missed it by about 10 minutes. Bummer, maybe next year...
