So who's gonna be there? I think I'm gonna try to play it this year. I haven't since 01 and my buddy is already getting on me to play it.

I'm going to be there. Surprise!

Really though, those in the area should try to make it out this year. Get a chance to see the courses that you'll be playing at the '09 worlds. Blue Valley wasn't used for Advanced last year, and the TD hasn't discussed the division/course layout relationship this year.

Good to hear Mike. Have you played BV when it's tipped out? Seems like a course that would suit your style (cannon arm) very well.

I think you'll like it. BV is a bit of a touchy subject in this town, mainly due to the fact that it's probably not the best use of the land (after 12 there are really only 2 holes that are unique), but one thing is for sure...it's long.

Of course if you "throw far," then low 60's or even some 50's can be a possibility. Me? It takes everything I've got to hit the par at 68 in the longs.
