i was wondering if anyone played in the 2007, and if it was a good tourney. I was thinking about entering this as my first tournament, but I have to see about work first. I was curious what if intermediate is a good level to start off at? I was also wondering if you need a PDGA number to register or if you can register without one? Also wondering if anyone of you are going to be playing this year? I want to see the pros play, I saw Nate doss and Dave Feldberg along with some other big names. I don't know if this tourney will be a little over my head for a first one.

Unless you are really really good, I'd start with a smaller scale tourney, because that is a NT event, and there will be a lot of big names. Not to mention Intermediate is pretty much full.

Go to the MN Frisbee Association's website to look up some other local tourneys to compete in. Par 72 DG also has some tourneys. You'd could also play in the Sundog League to gain some experience.

I won't be playing in it, but I will certainly be there to watch.

Thanks for the advice! I'm definitely going to watch. I wanted to start playing some tourney this summer, but this one did seem a little out of my league.
