yep its a high shot where you throw it nose up, and try to get it to drop straight down. So most people would probably use an understable putter/midrange, that will fly straight on a high noseup line. I can be a very useful shot if you have small green to land on, and a lot of low bushes/trees in the way.
Or you just throw a thumber/tomahawk if you have that shot in your arsenal
It can be done with an understable putter, or an overstable putter like a wizard with anhyzer, nose up, and good snap.
