Acid's back in the dye game

Been a long time, but I started to break out the dye supplies and I'm kickin in full gear now.
The guy that got my Punisher dye that I donated to an Ice Bowl last year wanted another punisher one for a disc that he could throw instead of putting on his wall.
So I found some images I liked, and went with this one. Dumbed it down, and decided to go with a positive on the top, and negative on the bottom. I think it came out pretty slick.

That one was the one he wants to throw.

The one he has on the wall is this one.

He's gonna be ticked 'cuz now he has 2 wall hangers. $5 says he asks you to do another one that isn't nearly as cool.

Nasty stuff.... I actually took my first 2 stabs at it after reading your tutorial yesterday. I'm curious, how do you do the ones that have dye all the way to the edge of the disc? Do you just ignore the dye that spills over onto the wing of the disc?

I'm just careful as to how I put the disc in the pan and pull it out each time.
And it comes out with a fairly nice lookin ring around the edge covering just the top of the disc.
It's not that difficult to achieve you just gotta be attentive to how you get it in and out of the dye
