Infranview question

I hope this is the correct place. I have infranview and I am wanting to take the following image:


And "superimpose" a simple disc basket in the center. For instance, the Top of the basket would be the southern Tennessee border and the pole down the center of the basket would be the Alabama Mississippi border.

Anybody that can tell me how? Thanks.

Yes. Just like that. What program do you use? I can't afford photoshop right now.

I use "gimp" for when ever I edit photos...it's pretty much a free version of photoshop

I used Photoshop CS3, I've never used GIMP but I hear good things about it. If you want let me know exactly what you want(image size, file format, colors, etc.)and I could whip something up for you.

I'll second that. I've been using gimp free for years -- it's the same on windows, linux, OSX, etc, and it's completely free and legal on all platforms. amazing software and does 95% of what photoshop does and a few things photoshop doesn't do. highly, highly recommended.

WOW! gimp is sick! ive been wanting photoshop for years but i wasnt savvy enough to figure out how to pirate a copy but this will do just fine last time i even messed with photoshop was over 5 years ago, so gimp is actually way more advanced than the photoshop I remember
