masking tape can substitute for transfer tape, and contact paper instead off vinyl, correct?

Affirmative on the contact paper, it's what I use.

But its oh so much easier with transfer tape. Masking tape and even painters tape was too sticky for me. Especialy with contact paper.

Just a thought maybe if you take the tape and work it over your hands a few times before you use it it will louse some of its stickiness and help a lil. I haven't tried this my self but seeing that i have recently purchased a roll of masking tape instead of transfer i will try it on my next dye after i decide what i want.
