Where be all the pretty dyes?

Fellow disc dyers, we have been slacking as of late- the artwork sections have been pretty tumbleweedy...

Acid? Disctribution? PD? Smolin? Everybody else I can't remember because I'm too lazy to open a new tab?

Get this section off of forum life-support with some sick RITwork!

Oh yeah, I'll try my best to actually dye a disc too...

I don't know about everyone else but I do most of my dyeing in the winter time. That is why I have tapered off a little bit. Although my pops did send me a whole box of surgical stainless steel blades and a handle for them. They are the best thing since sliced bread! So sharp and they stay sharp forever. He works in the jewelry industry and he uses them to cut rubber molds. I know they are very expensive but they work great!

Fishing > dyeing right now (even though I've got a stack of them to do). I'll pop one out this week though, kinda have to as it's a request for a wedding gift for this weekend.

I've got about 5-10 dyes I'll be lining up soon. I'm donating for a local tourney in a few weeks, and then the LA States in early October. Prolly gonna do 3 for the local and 5 for the La States one.
I kinda messed with that Climo pic but couldn't really get the shadows right. It wasn't clear enough for you to KNOW that it was climo. I might try it again. The 12x tequila idea is pretty awesome. So we'll see.

I'll prolly start to work on the dyes next week. I like for them to be super crisp and not in the least bit faded when I donate. So I tend to do em last minute. Any ideas are welcome. I'll be doing 2 checkered patterns for each tourney since they're great eye catchers and are vague in nature. Gonna try black and yellow, Black and red, and black/white
