Rubbing alcohol stamp removal

Postby Mike C » Wed Oct 07, 2009 9:46 am

sorry for the low res cell phone pictures. I've wanted a few blank discs but didn't have any acetone handy so I tried different solvents I had around the house. This is the result of rubbing alcohol and a green kitchen scrubbing pad. Helped with ink too but wouldn't completely remove it.

Nice. Strong citrus solvent does the job as well. I happen to have ski base cleaner(citrus) that works amazing. I normally use the acetone to remove the stamp, and then the orange cleaner to get it perfectly clean of the stamp residue.
don't pretend you care what discs I throw
