How much would it cost, minus shipping and the disc, to get my hands on a disc with this dye?

Its a pretty poor quality picture, it may be tough to get a black and white Silouhette clean looking you know?

How about this? This is about the best I could do with the picture. PM me for details. The disc would also have to be dyed all black and then the faces would be the color of the disc obviously.
