I have done several dyes with the dye and pan method, but want to make a few spinny tie dyes.
But I don't know what mix to use for the dye to make it set quickly and vibrantly.
I found one tie dye thread on here that had no answers, and info is scarce on the internet.
I want to make some tie dyes, someone clue me in here.

Welcome to DGR!
The info you need can be found here -->
Spin Dyes & How ToThe better information starts on page 2 of the thread and you're going to need a thicker dye solution and let it sit for a bit more time than the pan method.

Cool - I missed that thread somehow. hippiediscdude clued me in to the dish soap method, and its nice to see some pics of successful dyes.
I should be tie dyeing here shortly. I've got several pan dyes done (posted on DGCR), but they don't hold a candle to the ones posted on this site.
Peace.

Whatever- it's not about the best, it's about the process and knowledge advancement. Post some pics, along with any questions, and there's more than enough knowledgeable people on the boards here to give advice and gentle critique. Unless you make another Britt Killa. The criticism will be harsh and unruly in that case.
