Cheapest Vinyl Plotter Setup

Ok Im sure it has been discussed but for some reason I cant get the search function to work. What I want to know is what is a decent setup and what the bottom dollar would be that would have to spend. I was everything included, a few vinyl rolls, program for images etc.. Thanks guys!

I ordered the 12' model of this last friday. I havent got it in yet though. It does come with the viny; and software.

My only concern would be is that large enough? I know you could cut out about 1 dye per square foot. But if you wanted to expand into cutting Vinyl for people or what not I think it would be a little small? Let me know your guys thoughts?

I only plan on doing dyes and small decals with it, so I went small. If I decide to do more later down the road, ill be getting the 36". These have gotten pretty good reviews from what I've found.
