I've seen several 11x Rocs that were dyed solid blue. Anybody know how to get this done? I've heard it's difficult

Anyone tried to dye a p-pd to see if it is able to be dyed? I was thinking no but I thought I saw one the course this week. So I decided to check and see if anyone here had any success. I know the soft pro was not working but this stuff feels so different.
