New On The Forums...My first Couple Dyes

Hey guys hows it going? Im new around here and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tommy and I am from South Carolina. I love playing disc golf but have always played urban style with an ultimate disc. I am getting into course disc golf and decided to dye a few up.

The first is a Glow TeeBird. Im sure everybody on here knows not to try it but i did and here are the results.



The other is a Star TeeRex and it was much easier to work with and im much happier with the results. (sorry about the terrible picture, it looks much better in person!)

ha thanks, im sort of partial to the panda myself. im thinking a more modern kung fu panda. should i add anything or just let it lie?

I couldnt find an x-acto so i had to use a raw razor blade but i am pretty happy with it.

Does anybody know if this technique would work on an ultimate frisbee, like a ultrastar or is that plastic a no go?

Ultrastars are a big negative. A Whitler maybe, but I imagine most ultimate lids wouldn't hold dye.

Don't add anything to the panda. Figuring out what he is/what he's doing draws your attention in. Labeling it would be trite.

I like the panda too, reminds me of the WWF logo, but militant, like he's fed up with humanity's BS.

thats funny about the wwf logo, one of my friends said the same thing. i think they were pretty okay for my first try. i sort of like the feel of the razor blade vs. an xacto.
