Samsung Ipod docking cradle for Home theater / Receiver

I bought this at a pawn shop hoping it would work with my Sony receiver since it has the same plug as Sony's DM port but it didn't end up working (I found out later that they definitely aren't compatible). I don't have any Samsung home theater gear to test it with to see if it works or not (but according to the shop I got it from they said they tested it).
It has some scratches but there doesn't appear to be any damage to it.
