Looking for a 37-43" Panasonic LCD TV - Local

I'm currently in the process of converting my gf's a/v set up over to all panasonic and we have everything but the TV.

I'd be willing to pay cash but would prefer to trade or cash + trade. Have guitars/amps, Bluray players, other high quality a/v equipment, video games, computer stuff, dvd's/cd's, a Toshiba 37" LCD tv, etc.

I'm not picky on the specs as long as it's between 37 and 43", the screen is in decent shape, and it has the stand and remote.

i know that panasonic mostly makes plasma in this size range but my gf is really prone to leaving tv's on and falling asleep (with a dvd menu cycling or something like that) and i don't really want to run the risk of burn in.
