Seconded on the Datil Mango. It's got a nice heat that builds moderately fast without being overwhelming (more of an intense warm than a burn) and there is also subtle (dare I say, almost sneaky?) sweet background flavor throughout that could turn some dishes in a totally different direction or really enhance the flavor profile of other dishes. Good shit gentlemen.
