Latest Bag Setup

So...this was the setup I used at my last tourney of the year. Scored a 999 rated round and 1011 rated round.

173g E-Spirit (Strong headwinds, Spike Hyzers, skip shots and sidearm)
175g E-Blurr (Moderate headwinds)
172g E-Blurr (Straight distance)
172g E-Blurr (Anhyzer distance)
173g E-Blurr (Rollers...not enough stability to even throw stand still with)
173g E-Assassin (Controlled shots with a straight or left finish)
170g E-Assassin (Controlled turn overs)
172g E-Sabre (For when a mid isn't enough, and a driver is too much)

175g E-Blaze (Strong headwinds, thumbers)
178g S-ELX (Moderate headwinds)
178g E-EL (Straight)
178g S-EL (Understable)

175g Glow "S" Wizard (Short Drives)
175g E-Magic (Short drives)
174g Proto Wizard (Short drives)
172g Proto Magic (Jump putts)
172g Proto Wizard (Putting inside the circle)

How do the E Magics compare to the Protos?

What Blurrs are you tossing? I really liked the protos and and the yellow 2nd runs.

I have a chalky black magic that is great. Throw it flat and it goes flat, anny=anny, hyzer= hyzer. That's up to about 240' or so. Over that and you'll need a touch of hyzer to flip it up. The 4 E magics I have though all require hyzer release to go even 240', I have 2 green and 2 tie dye. the tie dyes I can't stop from flipping. The green, with enough hyzer, will go flat and finish left.

I don't know how you throw those Blurrs... I can't throw 'em and can't trade 'em

How do the E Magics compare to the Protos?

I think that the E-Magic's require a bit of finesse to throw. I use them for dead straight shots under 300. I think that the E-Magics have a bit more stability to them than the "S" one's.

What Blurrs are you tossing? I really liked the protos and and the yellow 2nd runs.

I throw the Pink proto's. I used to throw the yellows, but haven't been able to get my hands on them lately. I tried the White gummy one's and they were just too flippy. I need to ask Dave if he has any plans to run anymore like the yellow or pink. I think they are the best flyers.

Mr. Udder...if your Blurr's are in between 170-172...I might take them off your hands. You might give the retooled Blurr a try. Dave says they are easier to hyzer flip. I max out around 400-420'ish with an E-Blurr. Every once in a while I will get one over 420...but not too often.
