BeSquared Bag Setup

Postby BeSquared » Tue Dec 23, 2008 4:13 pm

Drivers
2x Lat. Riots (Fast, long drivers)
2x Viking (Control and fits between the Riot and Teebird)

2x Champion Roadrunner (Hyzer flip, tunnels, annys, and rollers)
1x Champion Firebird (Tricks and Flicks)

Placement/Midrange
3x Teebird (Mainstay)
4x Roc (2 KC Pro, 2 DX) (Also a mainstay)

Putters
3x Aviar (2 JK Pro, 1 KC Pro) (JK's for putts, KC Pro for drives and long approaches)

I do not have a ton of distance, around 350-370 tops, so I use a lot of finesse and understable drivers. I carry multiples that vary in weight as well as how worn they are.

as long as your teebird set up includes one new and one beat, you have a pretty solid bag

and quite innova filled :)

no discraft/millenium dealers around or just like innova?

Yup, one teebird I have been using for almost 8 months while the other is brand new. Our shops carry gateway, Discraft and Innova.

Alright, few changes.

-3 Valkyries
+2 Viking
All around better discs, not as easy to flip with no sacrifice in distance and more accurate.

+1 DX Roc
My one DX is going longer and longer before it starts to come back so I rotated another in.

+1 Champion Teebird
One flips, one straight, added the next to the rotation for a more stable driver.

-1 DX Aviar
+1 KC Pro Aviar
Better grip, beaded, better plastic.

Replaced the Orc with the Riot. I love the feel of the rim and the plastic. The orc was very sensitive to OAT and not very reliable.

Somebody's been throwing the wrong orc...

It's not exactly a teebird but the only time I wouldn't trust it is into a headwind, which isn't what I want it for anyways.

I did have a hard time getting a consistent release so it was prolly me. But I do like the Riot :)

One thing that I did like about the orc is you can always tell if you throw it wrong (or with an angle). When I throw with a little hyzer it sets up and flies straight between 370 and 400 ft. If I put a little anny on it, it holds that angle for a good part of the flight before fading out. If I give it a good amount of height and anny, if flies very similar to a lefty hyzer, fading just about flat as it comes to the ground and sliding another 5 to 10 ft.
