BeSquared Bag Vol. 2

Postby BeSquared » Sun Feb 08, 2009 8:02 pm

Casual Bag (Home courses)

1x Champion Beast
1x Champion Teebird
1x Champion Firebird
1x DX Roc
1x JK Aviar

Tournament Bag (Tournaments and New Courses)
2x Beast (1 Champion, 1 Pro: Primarily for grip differences)
5x Teebird (3 Champion, 2 DX)
2x Champion Firebird (2 Champion, 11-KC and 12-KC. One is flat, one is domed)
3x DX Roc (new, worn, beat)
3x Aviar (2x JK, 1x KC)

15 discs, 5 molds, lets talk about them.

Are you kidding Brian... 5 Teebirds... really now?
It doesn't matter if its cold, hot, rainy, sunny, wet, dry, high altitude, sea level, I want a Teebird that will fit in my hand at all times. One of the DX's is beating in to give me turnovers/rollers while the other remains fresh if I need grip or something in between as far as stability. The champions are new, worn, beat, just like the Rocs. However even the beat champion plastic has some stability left in it.

Why a Beast? Aren't those new 13 speed drivers tastey? I mean, -everyone- is throwing a Boss!

The Beast has the speed to give me the best distance that fits my game. Hyzer flip, looong turn overs, they are very versatile. They are controllable while giving me distance.

Rocs Suck!
No they don't.

Anyway, I am open to suggestions but I am pretty confident with the bag. The DX teebird I am trying to beat in right now is the only disc that I do not feel comfortable with. Only because I am beating it in -quickly- to get that desired turnover/roller disc. Once I get that one where I want it, it will work I think.
Meh...

I'm digging both setups as they are basically the same as mine but with some substitutions. And I'm glad I'm not the only one with 5 teebirds in the bag... Well I did just add a TL today so I guess it's 6 now. But yeah sweet bag, A+.

Only 2 Beasts??

Meh! I carry 20 in 4 different plastics in different stages of wear, some of 'em tuned, some not. I've got EVERY shot covered and you don't!

I suck at Disc Golf, therefore I can't afford to carry discs that suck.

Budget cuts, the economy is really hurting me right now. ;) In all seriousness, I throw a beast off the tee I would say less then 10% of the time.

TL is not a Teebird. Just like Connecticut is not part of New England. :!:
