The Ever Changing Bag

Postby peppermack » Fri Feb 13, 2009 2:34 pm

I keep changing the bag every couple of weeks....even though I am not playing because of the mountain of snow...this is all in anticipation of spring....any changes you see that need to be made?

Stable Control Drivers:
172g Teebird Champ new
156g Teebird Champ new

Distance Driver:
169g Destroyer Star just right
166g Groove Champ new

Overstable:
174g Predator ESP new

Stable:
174g Boss Champ used

Understable:
168g Beast Champ used

Mids:
175g Buzzz ESP new
175g Wasp ESP new
170g Kite Star used

Putter:
175g Warlock Evo. used
175g Rhyno Star new

So I have not even thrown the Groove yet but from the comments by others who seem to throw the same distance and discs that I do I sounds like it will be in the bag because of its big D potential. I switched the Pred for the Firebird because a month ago when there was less snow I I played a few rounds I did not like the Firebird that much. I also added the Rhyno for controled putter drives and windy putting (it is alway, and I do mean always, windy here). The Kite is used for a lot of my stand still shots. I like the Beast for monster hyzer flip shots to 400'-420', it seems to really work well for me right now. The boss I have is super stable and not flippy at all so I use it for big cross wind shots and when I want a big skip. Anyway, let me know what you think!

The Boss really isn't that stable, it all comes from it's speed. If you got an arm it has some turn to it (or so I have been told.)

a seasoned pred would be nice for this slot

also a seasoned teebird or TL could easily replace the champ beast
