no i lost it on hole #2. since the ice storm, a lot of the trees that were there to keep shots from flying out have fallen down. i was trying to "go for it" and crank it the hole off the tee. over extended and there was nothing there to stop it.

i've lost a handful of discs on hole #12 also though. i hate that fucking hole. a million trees with the open fairway 50+ feet away from the tee and a lake to the left. ain't no fun.

You don't understand what the lake shots are like in NWA. Did you lose it on the wooded hole at Northshore (they changed numbering so many times, but I think it's #12 now)? I kicked a Nike Sabre into the lake there last January.

just less consistency. if i try to throw those lower speed discs too hard in a situation where i need control, they may or may not come back. i have a tendency to overpower the discs or have a late/early release if i'm trying to hard. i.e. shank. it's getting better though. trying to work on it. have three wizards that i'm going to use for a putters only game later today. the course here is half woods and water heavy, half open and long.

It's not what you asked, but fixing that will help control, consistancy and distance on both the wooded and open holes.

scored +2 for the day. good for me, especially in such shitty weather. loving a more minimal bag. having a much easier time picking a disc i know and like and letting it and my throw do the work. played an all putters game a couple of days ago, which helped me discover some things about my form flaws. i guess you dgr schmucks know a thing or two.

played night disc last night. bad idea. lost a brand new x-out dx roc (it was the brightest most vibrant red/pink color i had ever seen) AND my star wraith. BUT i just got goodies in the mail, so no love lost. set up as of right now:

So even though I don't have many molds, I'd still like to slim down my mold numbers. I have lots of Rocs of varying plastics and stabilities that I am pretty confident I could play exclusively with, however I've been beating in a GL Pain to see if it will straighten out and it seems to be doing so. If they beat in enough I might try Pains only. The Fuse is just too nice right now though. I'd also like to have a flippy wizard, but that may take artificially beating one, because I have a wizard that I've played with for years and it's just now starting to show some negative HSS. I'd also like to see if a primo plastic TB will ever get flippy enough to replace the River. Dx TBs I've thrown in the past seem to flip really fast as opposed to the gradual turn of the River. I might try EXs and ELs here to see how they fair for more versatility. Lastly, I'm trying out stuff for more distance. Throwing Valks now. I'd like to try CDs out here, but may move to something even a hair faster. Comments?
