That is a good bag for your power and experience and i wouldn't necessarily change anything. Depending on the kind of weather you encounter. For mild winds you have a functional bag. Those discs are good enough for form improvements. A video would help us see if there is something you could do to improve your form.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
