I'd pick either the SL or Orc. A DX Starfire-X might be good if you don't mind buying a new disc.
4. Moderately Overstable Driver
Innova Star Destroyer 171g need replacement
I'd replace it with the Champ Starfire from above.
5. Very Overstable Driver
need one
If you don't have a preference already I'd go for the Z Pred.

Champ Firebird is the closest, but it's not as long.

I should have picked up on this before, but you probably don't need both the Sidewinder and Leopard.
The Teerex is probably sitting somewhere between the Monster and Starfire so you might not need it, either.

IMO, drop the Leopard.
Your first 3 categories can pretty much be covered with 3 molds in various condition. Eagle (X or L), Teebird, Valk.
Can't really comment on 4 & 5.

dude just from experience...if you want to work on your D take out all the distance drivers. Use only Rocs and Dx Teebirds for drives...trust me I went from 275 in Feb to throwing up to 430, 370 consitently...use fairways...the gazelle would be even better

With the distances you throw I'd highly recommend minimizing overlap. Read the "The Reason I Push Disc Minimalism" sticky and the disc overlap article. The only reason you should have more than one disc in a slot would be if you have a Teebird and a more workable driver in the 1 slot, or you have beat versions of discs from other slots covering multiple slots (e.g. a stable distance driver and a beat very overstable driver both in the mod. overstable driver slot).
Right now you have two unique molds for understable drivers (Leopard and Roadrunner), two unique molds for distance drivers, two unique molds for moderately overstable drivers and you're auditioning for overlap in your mids.
I'll also second frennis524's advice. It will accelerate (or even jumpstart if you're stalled) your progress.
