Postby metal » Fri Aug 08, 2008 2:35 pm

My bag has changed abit. I have found my game pick up by really concentrating on my short game. I have been using aviars for anything under 150 feet and hell has it made me a better player. Mind you im a big boy and can sling em. btw All my discs are 170-173 grams.

Drivers:
FLX surges
Pro and DX wraiths
pro and DX valks
pro D XLs

Mid:
1 DX rock
1 ching power legacy ( great disc)

Putters:
DX Aviars p & a
1 star avair
1 pro D challenger

You need a meathook, like a Predator. I would also suggest a more overstable fairway driver - maybe a Z XL to keep with the molds you have.

What do you throw as your stable, most controllable driver? Just speculating here, but the Valks, Pro/Dx Wraiths and XL's should all be on the understable side, especially if you have a strong arm. You might benefit from adding something like a teebird, avenger, eagle-x, starfire-x...

I'd second the notion that you need an overstable pig like a Predator or Firebird

Your Pro D XL needs to be slightly beat to be flippy enough to use for turnover drives.
