What do you think? Is that decent since I have overstable, stable, and understable? Do I need a distance driver?

IMO a teerex (especially a DX) is no good for an overstable driver. you want something that is true stable and prolly slower than a wiley teerex. id recommend....Z Predator,Champ Firebird or..........well thats about it, some people like E spirits for that slot but i found it way too uncomfortable in the hand and not nearly as controllable as my preds

I traded a Champ Firebird for the DX XD and $4.00 USD. Can the Banshee by my overstable headwind distance driver?

yeah the champ banshee will work ok for a headwind driver, it just doesnt have the potential distance of a Pred/Firebird
