I get pretty good video quality here, probably your HD...not sure how it is across other platforms (I use a Mac).
I'm also working on the right pec drill these days, and keeping the disc tucked in closer in order to work on maximum elbow extension. If it is really close, it seems to be more difficult to release the disc prematurely.
Comparing with your previous drive, it seems like the other thing I notice in both cases is timing. It is slightly better after the pec drill, but your pull through still seems to happen a bit ahead of schedule, and your shoulders have not rotated to an open enough position at release. This means a bit of strong-arming...your torso is helping only very early on in your pull, instead of later where it probably counts most.
I'll bet this timing issue (early pull-through, release), along with keeping it further tucked in, would really help your throw conform more to what I've been trying to do of late (I'm still not there yet, but I'm feeling the hit more strongly after working on the pec drill almost exclusively). It seems like you should get better distance than you are currently getting.
