Wow, look at the way he grips his grenade at 3:03. I'm going to have to try that, because I sometimes have a hard time getting a tight grip with just the thumb in there and end up with early (painful) releases.

He just smashes the last drive around the 4:00 mark. I also like the smooth putter at 1:20. Nice camera work.

that's the grenade grip i was using for a while and it works well, but can sting your fingers a little... much like the other grip can mess up your thumb. i'm actually getting used to a version of the thumb grip now though.

and yes, that drive at the 4:00 mark looks..... good.

That's the problem I'm having with the regular thumb grip... It sometimes really burns slipping out and I end up feeling it for the next hole or two.

the way i grip it now, the seem of my thumb knuckle is right on the edge of the rim and i can keep it from ripping accross my whole thumb that way. i get a little less distance because my grip isn't quite as strong, but it doesn't bother me and a grenade isn't exactly a distance shot anyway.
