With the Wraith throw planting on the flat surface should help. How much power you were pulling back on? I mean I saw mellowness of approach throws. For a real deal analysis smooth slow short throws mask breaking of form at high power levels. Therefore the vids should include full power throws on an open field where accuracy ain't an issue just getting a lot of power while maintaining as good a form as possible.
You were a little too hasty in the arm pull putting on power at the beginning. Even approaches benefit from late acceleration. You didn't get your elbow as far forward as it should be and you started early with twisting your hips. Your chest should face 90 degrees to the left of the target with the upper arm pointed straight at the target before the hips start twisting from neutral to the right.
I'd like to do an analysis of a high power open area shot to really see what's going on because there wasn't any explosiveness in any of your motions.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
