Little Help Would Be Appreciated

Well I don't have a camera, but luckily, or unluckily depending on how you look at it, I had disc golf monthly film one of my horrendous shots and air it this month. This is one of my particularly bad shots, and I am not sure what even happened on this one. I would appreciate a few pointers on my form. I know it is a small sample size, but any help would be appreciated. By the way I was not actually putting out of turn, the camera was just on the wrong person.

It's tough to tell when you're throwing in the woods because you often have to work lines. I assume you wanted the shot to go thlo the left, but it looks like you broke your wrist and forced it left.

It seems your letting the disc go and not letting it rip from your hand like your trying to guide it to where you want it to go. It looks very unnatural, and not fluent.

not trying to be mean but there's not much proper about your throw at all, if you want to throw far, and consistent your throw needs revamping.

edit: don't worry so much about arm speed at first, more of getting a nice, even, fluid, natural motion. then work your speed up.
