My friend Lucas video taped some of my throws when i was in BG, they're done with a camera so the quality is decent and they show a plethora of shots from putter shots, roc shots, and big drives.
Let me know what you think, this is the first time i've ever seen myself throw. I noticed two things so far, #1 - I don't have a long reach back, this isn't necessarily bad on the short shots but I am incorporating a more pronounced reach back into my throw now (hopefully this will help, as I was getting outdriven by around 50ft consistently on my big drives in Kentucky).
#2 - my legs look pretty stiff, i'm not exactly sure how to "loosen them up" so to speak, but maybe if I loosened up in the hips/thighs I could get more body rotation and a faster armspeed.
One thing I do notice, I don't have a problem keeping that disc close to my chest! And I think my release times are really spot on.
