I posted this in the 'Success Stories' thread but thought i'd throw it on here too. I've improved quite a bit since my last videos. This video is obviously downhill, but went about 550'. Translate that however you will to level ground (400-450' probably), and it's quite a big leap in distance as well as accuracy since my previous updates. I noticed I'm still not getting my disc into the right pec as much as I'd like, but I feel like my arm acceleration and snap have improve dramatically.
The first couple times I watched this, the arm speed looked similar to the ludicrous speed that Aaron gets. I think if I can delay my shoulders a bit to let the disc get to the right pec, I should be getting to 500' on level ground pretty quickly.
Keep in mind this is a big hyzer-flip I was throwing, so I have an anny approach with my plant foot landing in front of my body. That is intentional for this particular throw. Let me know what you guys think.
