You had a flat throw direction in the steps, an anny plant position, a hyzer arm motion and an anny follow through plant position. Inconsistency and minor loss of power there. I think your left leg is just in the air, when the disc leaves. That loses out big time in exit speed. You could have a longer shoulder pause with the elbow getting closer to the target before you push with the left leg to start the kinetic chain.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
