Sore bicep....what did I do wrong?

I played a round of 18 yesterday, and after #18 we had a "closest to home plate" contest from a slight hill overlooking the baseball field. We've done this before and it's kinda fun. So anyhow, last night and again this morning, my throwing arm bicep is really sore. I feel like I'm probably doing something really wrong in my throw to make my arm so sore. Was I "strongarming" the disc instead of using my body?

yes, you were strong arming.

the first time you ever really start ripping throws, you will get pain in your left bicep, but not in the right one.

not to hijack, but what about pain in the back of the shoulder? does that mean something is off? i also have pain lower than that, almost like the opposite of my peck, the muscle on my back under my armpit. from there up to my shoulder is definatly stressed, but ive played 36 holes 3 days in a row now, re-driving most...

if it's sore, and not just tight, this is indicative of not following through well.

it just kinda feels like the day after a workout. its not like pain or anything..

if it's any discomfort, beyond tightness, it is a problem.

pain doesn't show up until well after injury has occurred.
