I have been using a fan grip for my short approach shots but my middle finger seems to be catching on the bottom of the disc. It doesn't seem to effect my aim but the knuckle of my middle finger is developing a small blister/callous. What can I do to fix this problem or should I just let the callous develop?

that is the rip point for a true fan grip...
generally takes a year or two of throwing to really get a tough enough callous to not have to worry about it tearing/cracking. i suggest using lotion to make sure it stays moist. if it becomes a huge problem i recommend tape.

Thanks!!! Should I just use a different grip to avoid the problem all together? I have spent a lot of time using this one and I am comfortable with it but I would change if it would make my game better in the long run. For now Im using tape!
