Stand still both feet planted with the whole sole and turn as far right as you can without raising any part of the soles. Look at your thigh/hip joint and try to move right. You shouldn't be able to because the motion range is topped by the bones in the hip and the leg. IF you plant too short or too far off the line you're moving on you may end up in this position where there won't be any more hip motion to the right until the shoe sole rotates. It might not if you've planted flat footed or there are stones etc. restricting the rotation of the foot. RHBH hip joint locking up usually means not turning enough toward the target missing left and possibly falling on your nose. At least tripping or bending forward from the waist way too far often leading to worm burners.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
