I am throwing 300-325 and have been playing for about a year. I can't seem to get any distance downwind. Have tried lighter discs (150s) and throwing hyzers with a higher elevation, don't get any more distance. In fact with my Beast I can throw further against the wind than downwind. Am mostly using the discraft Ace 1 Race experimental disc, the XS and the Sidewinder for downwind drives. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Derek

discs fly more overstable with tailwinds and will drop faster, especially when released with hyzer.
my advice is to throw anhyzer and slightly higher than you would normally.

Hi Blake,
No wind last weekend. The first still weekend in months so was not able to try any tailwind shots. Discovered that my anhyzer is pretty weak though so am working on that. Derek
