Hey guys. I'm having a few issues that are relatively new (within the last 2 weeks). I believe them to be timing problems, but I'm not sure, grip is another possibility.
I'm getting anhyzer when I don't intend to, and even worse am getting rollers when I'm trying to throw anhyzers.
Any suggestions?

two possible culprits:
1) you are starting your pull before your plant/pivot foot hits the ground.
2) you are learning back during your throw.

Shot some quick video. I'm arching my back for some reason. Thanks Blake. May be a result of back pain I had a few weeks back.

ah yes, that would do it.
would also lead to increased turnover tendency and grip-locks.
arching the back is good when throwing rollers, but not during most shots.
