Hello guys,
My questions are with regard to something Feldy talks about in this video, from about 15:00-16:30:
I have always thought that the arm and leg matching up was something exclusive to the Swedish throwing style, but Feldy talks about it being a "bio-mechanically correct" part of the throwing process. To be honest, I don't really see the "matching" in Garrett's throws or many other American pros. Maybe it just isn't as severe. Anyways, I've never made a conscious effort to match left side and right side like this; is it an essential part of the throw?
