That past couple of times I've been out I noticed that after releasing the disc my palm, basically where the disc sits is very sore almost feeling like a pulled tendon. Any ideas on why? I throw RHBH with a powergrip.
Thanks

never hear of this one before...
could be that you are gripping in an awkward position that is causing strain during the rip.

I have had quite a few throws where the palm of my hand starts throbbing like all the blood rushed to it....it hurts like HECK! Happen to anyone else?

Someday......I will get that ACE!
