Hey guys, Ive probally playing disc golf for about 2 years now and I dont know much about diffrent throws and stuff. So I was wondering what is anhyzer and hyzer? does it make a diffrence that I throw sidearm for these?

hyzer is releasing the disc with the outside edge lower than the inside edge (inside edge = closest to your body).

anhyzer is releasing the disc with the outside edge higher than the inside edge.

hyzer/anhyzer is the same for backhand and sidearm, with the directions they fly being reversed as always.
